Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, payment errors, and service issues

← Back to Home
Effective / last updated: 24 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-24-r2
Change-of-mind cancellations: New course purchases under this version do not include a standard money-back or trial-period refund offer. Review the course details and ask support any questions before making payment.

1. Cancellation requests

Course fees are not ordinarily refundable when you change your mind, have less time to study, or change your career plans. This does not exclude refunds for duplicate or excess payments, provider cancellation, non-delivery, a material service problem, or a remedy required by applicable law. If a paid enrollment has not been activated, contact support to review its circumstances; cancellation is not automatically approved.

2. Service problems and provider cancellation

A duplicate or excess payment is returned after verification. If Athrexai cancels a course before delivery, you may choose a full refund instead of a transfer or credit. If we discontinue a course after partial delivery, we will offer a proportionate refund for the undelivered part and explain the calculation, or a full refund where the course cannot substantially meet what was agreed. Report a material mismatch, deficiency, non-delivery, or persistent access problem promptly so we can resolve it or provide an appropriate refund. Accessing lessons while investigating a service problem does not by itself remove an available remedy.

3. Transfers, credits, and separate services

Support may agree a transfer, extension, or credit in writing after reviewing your request. These are discretionary unless included in your purchase agreement, and do not replace a refund or remedy to which you are entitled. A separately purchased third-party examination or finance agreement follows its disclosed provider terms. A course refund does not automatically cancel an EMI or finance agreement.

4. How to request and receive a refund

  1. Contact support or Jasmine using the details below. Include your registered email, course, payment date, amount, transaction reference, and reason. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials.
  2. We acknowledge the request within 48 hours and aim to give a decision within 7 business days once the necessary information is available. If more time is needed, we explain why; grievances are targeted for resolution within one month.
  3. After approval, we initiate the refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days; these are estimates, and we provide a refund reference when available.
  4. Course access ends when a full cancellation/refund is approved. Keep a copy of your payment and refund communications.

5. Taxes, appeals, and existing purchases

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, including applicable taxes on the refunded portion, with tax documents adjusted where required. For a denied request, ask Jasmine for a written explanation and review. You remain free to use your payment provider’s dispute process, consumer grievance mechanisms, or other remedies available under applicable law.

This revised version applies only to purchases accepted under version 2026-10-24-r2. Earlier purchases retain the terms disclosed and accepted at purchase; this update does not retrospectively reduce an agreed refund entitlement. The previous policy version remains available for reference. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer rights.
