Enrollment & Access Policy

From your account to administrator-approved course access

← Back to Home
Effective / last updated: 24 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-24-r2

1. Before requesting enrollment

Review the course outline, prerequisites, teaching format, published cohort date, fee, and access period. Ask support to confirm any missing detail before paying. You must be 18 or over, provide accurate contact information, and accept the current Terms, Privacy, Enrollment, Refund, and Digital Delivery policies. A career chat or enquiry is not an enrollment.

2. Account and approval pipeline

  1. Create an account and sign in with your registered email and password.
  2. Select a course and submit an enrollment request. Your request is saved as pending and does not itself confirm payment or a seat.
  3. Where payment is required, submit the requested reference through the stated process. A payment claim or uploaded reference is not proof of cleared funds.
  4. An administrator checks payment, course availability, and eligibility, then approves or rejects the request. Learners cannot approve their own requests.
  5. Refresh or sign back in to see the current enrollment status. An approved course becomes available through your learner dashboard, subject to its published start date and access period.

3. Verification and communications

We aim to review complete enrollment/payment information within 2 business days. Weekends, bank issues, missing details, or an upcoming cohort may affect timing. Contact support if your request remains pending. The dashboard and direct support are the primary status channels; this policy does not promise that automatic confirmation emails are already enabled. Account passwords are created by you and are never sent to you by email.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in INR unless another currency is stated. Obtain the final total and any applicable tax or separately charged item before paying. Use only payment instructions or methods provided through the official site or confirmed support channel. Available methods may vary; no named gateway, EMI plan, or recurring subscription is promised unless it is actually offered for your purchase. Ask support for a receipt or applicable invoice.

A price change does not change the agreed fee for an existing confirmed purchase. If a paid enrollment cannot be fulfilled, the Refund Policy applies. A rejected enrollment does not remove a valid entitlement to a refund.

5. Course changes, transfers, and conduct

Dates and delivery details published at purchase form part of your course agreement. We will explain material changes and offer appropriate options where the agreed service cannot be delivered. Transfers, cohort deferrals, extensions, and credits require a written support agreement; they are not automatic. Keep your account private, respect instructors and learners, and do not redistribute protected course materials. Misuse may lead to a proportionate restriction with a reason and a way to request review.

6. Access, completion, and records

Access begins after approval and at any scheduled course start. The course-specific access period and completion requirements must be confirmed before purchase; there is no blanket promise of lifetime access, unlimited mentoring, guaranteed certification, or employment. A completion certificate, if included, depends on meeting the stated learning requirements and is not a degree or vendor credential unless expressly identified as one.

We save the policy version and acceptance timestamp for new account and enrollment submissions. These records do not create a marketing subscription. See the Privacy Policy for personal-data handling and the Refund Policy for cancellation.
