Your account, learning services, and purchase terms

Effective / last updated: 24 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-24-r2

1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern Athrexai’s website, account, LMS, career guidance, and courses. Registering or submitting a new enrollment requires an affirmative acceptance of the linked policies and confirmation that you are 18 or over. The Privacy Policy describes data processing; it is not blanket permission for optional marketing, AI use, or follow-up calls.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate details, keep credentials private, and tell support about suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, share paid access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse proportionately and provide a support route for review. You are responsible for content you submit and permissions for any data you use in exercises.

3. Enrollment, payments, and delivery

The Enrollment Policy explains pending requests, payment checks, admin approval, and access. A request, payment reference, or career recommendation does not guarantee a seat. Course-specific descriptions and written purchase confirmations identify the agreed fee, format, cohort, prerequisites, resources, and access period. The Digital Delivery Policy explains online delivery. If material details are missing, ask support before paying.

Use the official payment instructions and confirm the final total and applicable taxes. EMI, subscriptions, third-party exam vouchers, or named payment gateways are available only if explicitly offered; none is implied by general site text.

4. Refunds and changes

The Refund Policy does not offer standard change-of-mind refunds for new purchases under this version. It explains remedies for payment errors, provider cancellation, non-delivery, and service problems. Read it before purchase. Transfers and extensions require written agreement. Changes to these policies do not retrospectively remove agreed rights for earlier purchases.

5. Learning content and your work

Course content is for your personal learning unless another license is supplied. Do not republish or resell protected videos, assignments, or resources. Public and open-source materials retain their original licenses. You own your original submissions; you give us only the permission needed to host, assess, and provide feedback on them. Publicly showcasing your identifiable work or testimonial requires separate permission.

6. Career guidance and outcomes

Mahi and other career tools provide educational suggestions, not employment decisions or guaranteed predictions. Guided and AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong: verify important advice. Courses do not guarantee a job, salary, promotion, vendor certification, or admission. Clearly marked demo testimonials are illustrative and are not real learner endorsements.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the agreed learning service and resolve problems fairly. Availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, or external providers; contact support about material interruptions. You should not upload sensitive employer or customer data to exercises or third-party tools without authorization. These terms do not exclude liability, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not make you waive mandatory consumer rights.

8. Complaints and governing law

Indian law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to a consumer. Contact Jasmine first if you want an informal resolution, but this does not require you to give up a consumer complaint, payment dispute, or another lawful remedy. Courts and tribunals with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes; nothing here forces a waiver of consumer-forum rights or compulsory private arbitration.

9. Updates and related policies

We publish an effective date and version for material updates. New purchases use the version accepted at submission; existing purchase commitments remain subject to the terms agreed at purchase and applicable rights. Continued browsing alone does not authorize new optional data processing. Read the linked Privacy, Enrollment, Refund, and Digital Delivery policies together with these terms.
